Arfoire is one of the antagonists in Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation. She is often seen working with Warechu. She is a strange woman who wishes to defeat the goddesses for an unknown reason.

Appearance
Arfoire takes on a witch-like appearance. She has very pale skin, almost appearing to be a pale light purple. Her hair is also a light shade of purple, being styled in a short haircut with one long bang to the side. Her apparel consists of a black witch hat with thorns circling it with two different shaded purple flowers on them, and feathers sticking off to the side. Her outfit itself is a black one piece with purple stripes along the cuffs and torso area.
Personality
Arfoire is a very intelligent and clever person. She knows exactly what she wants and what she needs to do to get just that. However, Arfoire also serves as a form of comic relief at times when she is angered or shock by something unbelievable or stupid, causing her to say funny things before going back to being serious. She is also seen to be very vindictive when it comes to past defeats.

- Arfoire is a Composite Character in the anime, bearing the personality of her Ultra Dimension counterpart and association with Warechu, attempts modified forms of the Super Dimension versions goals as well as her appearance, and serves the equivalent role CFW Magic does during the Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 part of the plot.
- "Arfoire" is the transliteration "R4" or Revolution for DS. An R4 is a flash cartridge, or "cart", that a flash memory device such as a Micro SD card could be used to allow for homebrew game developers to run their own games but it can allow for pirated video games to work on devices illegally. Japan, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Belguim, and the Netherlands have banned R4 devices citing their illegal use. Italy recinded its decision to ban the R4 citing the positive usages.
