Arfoire is one of the antagonists in Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation. She is often seen working with Warechu. She is a strange woman who wishes to defeat the goddesses for an unknown reason.

Appearance[]
Arfoire takes on a witch-like appearance. She has very pale skin, almost appearing to be a pale light purple. Her hair is also a light shade of purple, being styled in a short haircut with one long bang to the side. Her apparel consists of a black witch hat with thorns circling it with two different shaded purple flowers on them, and feathers sticking off to the side. Her outfit itself is a black one piece with purple stripes along the cuffs and torso area.
Young Form[]
While sharing the same appearance as Chrome, she has pale, long lavender hair with pointed bangs, and serious-looking bright blue eyes. She wears a white and black outfit consisting of a tight long sleeved tunic with large box-shaped pockets on each side, black pants embroidered with gold and brown knee-high boots. Around her neck, she wears a split hooded violet cape which is colored blue on the inside and lined with a golden trim.
Personality[]
Arfoire is a very intelligent and clever person. She knows exactly what she wants and what she needs to do to get just that. However, Arfoire also serves as a form of comic relief at times when she is angered or shock by something unbelievable or stupid, causing her to say funny things before going back to being serious. She is also seen to be very vindictive when it comes to past defeats.

In Uni's dream, a twintailed Arfoire replaces Noire, who stuffs her with an eggplant as a reward for impressing her.
Arfoire can be seen rolling eggplants with Warechu, and encounters Older Neptune and Nepgear asking for meat, onions, carrots and potatoes. Arfoire then tells her she only sells eggplants, but Older Neptune persists her to give her the ingredients, and Arfoire gives her said ingredients with Warechu calling her an idiot.
Arfoire is seen selling eggplant products at the Planeptune Costume Festival. As one of the attendants see the products, they decided not to buy them, which made her irate and jealous about Planeptune's CPU and later makes a comment about the monster fight show, stating that it's distasteful to make eggplants the villain, but forgives them, anyway.
