The Arfoire Syndicate of International Crime (ASIC) (犯罪組織マジェコンヌ Hanzai Soshiki Majekon'nu, lit. Criminal Organization Magiquone) is an organization devoted to reviving Arfoire, the goddess they serve. They serve as the primary antagonists of Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 and its remake Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2 SISTERS GENERATION.

Activities[]

ASIC's primary goal is to revive Arfoire, the Deity of Sin. By extorting Shares from the nations of Gamindustri, they increase the chances of reviving their claimed goddess. Their various methods of extorting shares and promoting Arfoire's influence include giving away emulation chips and other merchandise related to Arfoire, wreaking chaos, causing disorder, and taking hostage of important figures. At the start of the game, ASIC managed to secure over 80% shares.

Four Felons[]

The Four Felons (四天王 Shiten'nō, Four Celestial Kings) act as the leaders of ASIC. Each labeled as a Criminal of the Free World (CFW), they lead ASIC to take and extort shares in Gamindustri for Arfoire and eventually accomplish the goal of reviving her.

Grunt Work Squad[]

The lower members of ASIC are tasked of handling menial and troublesome tasks. Alongside factory workers and other grunts, there are those who are named and make an appearance in the game.

The Four Felons Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 In Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2, the Four Felons have their own theme that plays whenever they are engaged in battle during the main story of the game. It is composed by Kenji Kaneko and is and the third track on the Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 OST.
Warechu's Theme Warechu also has his own theme in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2, but it also serves as Linda's theme. It plays when either one or both of them appear during a cutscene and also during boss battles with them. Like the Four Felons, Warechu's theme was composed by Kenji Kaneko is the twelfth track on the OST.
