CyberConnect2 is a young, optimisitc girl who hails from a place called Fukoka. She worked as a sort of fire marshal there. She is bright with a strong will and big heart. She's also called Cybercon.
Appearance
CC2 is a short girl with coppy short hair and green eyes which turn red when she goes into a rage. She has a black and white cat-like hat with a small white visor and green and orange goggles on her head. She also has pale yellow tatoos on her cheeks, shoulders, thighs, and sides of her torso that much resemble the tatoos on Black Rose from .hack//, a series that was created by the company CC2 represents.
CyberConnect2 has on a white and green top that reveals her midriff, and a black top the same legth underneath that. She wears green and white shorts with an orange belt and green buckle with CyberConnect2's logo on it. She has long black glove with two orange stripes at the top. These gloves end right before her tatoo on her shouler. And over those glove are short white and green gloves with a gold band around each wrist. CC2 also can be seen to have a black fox with a white tip, which references the Naruto game (see trivia for more info.). Her foot gear is a pair of white and green boots with a green gem on the toe of her shoes.
Personality
CyberConnect2 is generally laid-back girl with an extremely optimistic outlook on life. Her motto is "Never Despair!" No matter what the situation may be, she tends to look on the bright side of most things. However, despite this disposition, she can easily become enraged whenever her friends are hurt or in danger. When she loses her cool, she gains the ability to turn anger into raw power.

CyberConnect2 is summoned by Izawa per request of Neptune. She is confused of her whereabouts and asks for Neptune to clarify the situation for her. After learning that she had been summoned due to Neptune, she is happy rather than mad. The reason being that since she is a new land, there will be many new things to discover. She agrees to accompany Neptune on her journey and agrees to the two of them being great companions.
Cybercon travels all around Gamindustri and becomes good friends with people. She visits Blanc and Lowee and gets a tour all around her nation, even visiting a zoo with her. Cybercon also convinces Nepgear to make famous Planeptune food dishes after telling her all about the amazing dishes in Fukoka. In Lastation, Cybercon and Noire go out on a quest together and end up successfully defeating a dragon. Cybercon becomes good friends with Vert as well, having bested her guild in 4 Goddesses Online.

- Cyberconnect2 is the avatar of the cyberconnect2 company which is responsible for the creation of the .hack// series and the Naruto shippuden fighting games.
- CyberConnect2's apperance and personality are actually based off of Naruto from Naruto Shippuden and Kite from the .hack// video game. This can be shown through CC2 becoming extremly angered after a comrade of hers is hurt and her having a fox tail, which references naruto, and she uses twin daggers/blades and has an odd hat which references Kite.
