Financier is the chamberlain of Blanc in Hyperdimension Neptunia and Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1. She is a member of The Guild and is a Moderatist who does not believe in White Heart, despite working for her.

Financier is a fair skinned girl with bright brown eyes. Her sandy-blonde hair is about chest length and worn with a white frilled headband and two big hair clips, one being dark brown and the other light. She wears a red maid uniform with a white apron and a dark brown bow at her neck with a square in the center.
Personality
Financier is a friendly young woman who speaks in a cheerful tone. It can be said that she is even a little bit playful in a sense. She is hardworking and does her best to keep Blanc happy, however at times when Blanc is being unreasonable, she can convince her to do things she would otherwise not.

Hyperdimension Neptunia
Financier appears during the Lowee arc of Find The Key Fragments! as a minor supporting character. She serves as Blanc's chamberlain and assists the party many times. When she is first introduced during the arc, Financier takes Neptune and the others to see Blanc in the Lowee Central Basilicom. When they are kicked out, Financier gives them a list of all Lowee's monster-infested dungeons.
She assists the party again by helping them see Blanc in the Basilicom for a second time using the underground pathways that connect to the Central Basilicom after revealing her identity as a member of the Guild. When the Guild Extremists try to raid the Lowee Basilicom, Financier begs for their help in rescuing Blanc.
