Also known as the Land of White Serenity, Lowee is protected by the CPU White Heart. This land is the coldest as it always snowing. Magic widely used here to make life more convinient.
In Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2, Mina becomes this lands Oracle.
Description
~Hyperdimension Neptunia~
It's enviroment and social structure are different from other landmasses. Multiple basilicoms exist on Lowee: one per city. Each city is governed by their local Basilicom. Entremets, the central Basilicom where the goddess resides, manages all the Basilicoms on the landmass. Ten years ago, heretics who escaped Leanbox's Basilicom and their opression formed an organization called "The Guild" on Lowee. Its existence has begun to cause problems for the land as of late.
~Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2~
An industrial nation that contols the northern region of Gamindustri. Although its climate is warmer around the Lastation border, its bulk is quite frigid. Unlike Planeptune, Leanbox, or Lastation, magic trumps science in Lowee. This nation faces the greatest menace from ASIC among the four nations, as legend says this is the birthplace of Arfoire. Many vestiges from the 2D era persist here. Compared to the other three nations, this land has been controlled by several CPUs throughout time. A number of retired CPUs are said to still live somewhere in Lowee.
