Also known as the Land of White Serenity, Lowee is protected by the Console Patron Unit (CPU) White Heart. This land is the coldest as it always snowing. Magic widely used here to make life more convenient.

In Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2, Mina becomes this land's Oracle.

Geography

Hyperdimension (HDN)

Much like the other nations, Lowee is a floating landmass in the sky surrounded by smaller islands connected by cable cords. The climate in Lowee is a perpetual winter where it is always snowing. The theme of Lowee is that of Fantasy and everything looks like a magical kingdom. Clouds block out most of the sky and the sun hardly shines through. While the land has green grass, it also has snow-topped mountains throughout.

Hyperdimension (mk2)

Lowee looks similar to its predecessor, however instead of being a floating landmass, it is part of Gamindustri's main continent in the northern region. Just like in the first game, Lowee is a mountainous region with a perpetual snowfall. It still maintains the Fantasy theme and on top of the colorful buildings, its also surrounded in a rainbow assortment of sparkles.

Ultradimension

In the Ultradimension, Lowee is completely different from the first two games. Instead of Fantasy or Magical Kingdom theme, Lowee has a traditional Japanese styled theme. Instead of a perpetual winter, it is late fall with red leaves and only slight patches of snow. Much like the Hyperdimension of mk2, Lowee is situated in the northern region of the Ultradimension's Gamindustri.
