Mega Drive is one of the SeHa Girls set to be featured in Cho Jigen Taisen Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls Yume no Gattai Special. Like her Hyperdimension Neptunia counterpart, Plutia, she is inspired by the Japanese and PAL release of the Sega Mega Drive.
