Mega Drive is one of the Sega Hard Girls set to be featured in Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls. Like her Hyperdimension Neptunia counterpart, Plutia, she is inspired by the Japanese and PAL release of the Sega Mega Drive.

Appearance
Mega Drive has fair-skin and raspberry-colored eyes. She has long blonde hair, worn with a small black clip with gold lining on three small buttons; each with an A, B, or C. Over her eyes is a pair of red oval glasses.
Mega Drive wears a short grey top with three, blue oval-shaped buttons, along with black denim shorts with a single silver button and large white cuffs. Inside of each pocket is violet coloring. Over her outfit, Mega Drive wears a black jacket lined in violet to match the inside coloring, while on each sleeve is a design to match her hair clip. At the collar and shoulder is a single, glowing oval blue design, while pinned to her chest is a gold badge. She wears black shoes with the same designs as on her jacket, along with thick white bottoms and a large, loose cuff.
