Not BoredCo2, but I personally would opt for the easy route, add a bracket, note that on the weapon page itself that brackets mean the alpha version of the weapon. I mean the difference in the upgraded weapons are minor strength increases or difference in combo slots for the first weapons in the shop.
I was thinking of listing them as seperate weapons, but using brackets is a better idea. It's been a while since I played VII, so please refresh my memory: is Development the only way to get the Alpha weapons? If so, we can just add that to the note on the top of the page instead of listing it for each weapon.
The links on Weapon/Victory II are supposed to go directly to each weapon. We don't have a complete list of each characters' weapons, though I'll at least list each characters' first weapon so you have links to the pages.
I know Falcon Sword alpha is obtainable with a chest in Neplunker 0, though it's hard to reach so development is better... High Output Megaphone alpha wasn't earned in an early chest if I remember though?
Welp, seems like Holy Staff: Caduceus could be one... I only got 1 of that weapon and can't seem to see it again. I know the Black magic set is at the colosseum. Also, I remember somebody saying that you could get items exclusive to a Nepstation program...
No, there are not exclusive weapons to Nepstation, trust me, it comes from completing S-Rank quest Past memories or whatever requires hunting that enemy in area 5 of Senmuu. It unlocks in the shop, however it may just be me but with carry over characters, you can't get Neptune's equivalent of Laevateinn or Paper Fan which I blame on the carry over characters creating glitches :(
Edit: Maybe not, as I cannot find Dreadnaught but it seems to be in the same class as the weapons unlocked in the True End, again I need to play without the stupid Carry Characters to check.
No wait actually you're right, there are some weapons that are weaker than my current set and I don't have them, as for the ultimate weapon, no I'm not talking about the Ultra Gem or whatever gem is needed for it, my bad.
The second past memory quest gives a flag item in addition to unlocking weapons like A-MN Noire, Gear Slicer in the shop, the weapons that are stronger than the development weapons such as Code Blue and Plasma blade. I was expecting Paper Fan to be unlocked for Neptune that but that was not the case for me. I chalked it up to Extra flag being on characters because I heard that locks certain optional events outs. That in my head means random glitches which may include this. However, I was also lacking Laevateinn, which I blamed on the first past memory quest and Extra flag but it seems that I am lacking Noire Blade, Dreadnaught and so on. The first one unlocks stuff like Holy Duel Lance which is just the slightest bit weaker than Dragonfly Spear, a weapon which is developed from rare items found by scouts, like Holy Staff: Caduceus (which is basically where my initial disagreement came from before seeing your Dreadnaught edit).
This makes me think, it may actually come from those item boxes. Man weapons in this game are so much harder to completely obtain :( Well, I'll put what I have eventually. Sorry for jumping the gun earlier and causing confusion. You're doing a great job with your edits and I hope to see you contribute more. :)
Oops, I developed Caduceus so it should be possible to buy for me... Although I don't know if Dreadnought, Noire Blade are ultimate jewel weapons too... Which would make it a pick your poison situation.
Edit: Oh, and for alpha, better use (stat) or [stat]?
Hello, I would like to know is it fine to edit the english part of the lyrics for The VISION of TELATIVITY ?
I know my account is fresh but I've been looking around and this song is one of my favorite ,but it seems that the english part of the lyrics were translated via machine ,so I would like to know is it fine for me to put my translated version ?
Also FYI it's not directly translated from Japanese ,it's first translated to Chinese but I can still translate it into English and I would like to do that.
I've just noticed despite working on dungeons for like ever, Gamindustri Locations as a category is a bit broad. I like the zeroing in done with *Dimension* location like Zero Dimension Location, Heart Dimension Location, Hyper Dimension Location, should that be how all location pages are organized, (with the exception of those that fall under Gamarket locations obviously)?
That would require someone, to go back to Victory/remake and everything else in generally to correct the corresponding category.
I'm sorry I've taken so long to reply. I've been busy the past few days.
I agree with your idea. "Gamindustri" is far too broad considering the amount of different worlds it's been used for. I'll rename the categories. After that, I want to turn Gamindustri into a page that links to all of the dimension pages. The Gamindustri subpages will be merged into those dimension pages so the latter will be the only pages for the individual worlds' overview. If you want to help me with that, go ahead.
Don't worry about it, I'm like away for months when I'm busy :P I thought that the new look of the wikia just threw people off editting, because it certainly was a shocker to me.
Anyways, I will help out with adding the Gamindustri subpages to the the dimension pages, in fact I just did the Hyper Dimension. Thanks for responding and coming up with a plan. That is why you are a bureaucrat and I am just a moderate, you lead :)
Well I believe that 24 hours is the reasonable time window for responding, and did not update my profile for any kind of hiatus like you have done before, so I wanted to apologise for that. The wikia redesign shocked me as well, but there are a few improvements like how a few categories are listed at the top of articles.
Well, it seems you did a good chunk of the work I was planning on doing myself! Honestly, I felt like I shoud've been the one to do it to make up for my lack of editing in the past few months, but I guess I'll just have to focus on the other worlds in the series. You did a great job, and thanks for the compliment.
