Well Rom and Ram shared the same pages for a long time, and keeping those disambiguation pages up is so that everyone who happens to have a link to those pages, on the offchance that those pages are visited again, will get the memo that they were split up. Plus, it's only been 8 months since the split, so I see more value in keeping those up than updating the disambiguation pages for equipment, like you and Procrastinatingonhw were recently doing, since those pages were reformatted almost 2 years ago.
In case my wording seemed to paint a different picture than I intended, just leave Rom and Ram's disambiguation pages, and it's fine if you update the equipment disambiguation pages.
