You shouldn't add the spin-off games to the parent tabs on character's pages. They aren't relevant to the main series, and break off to a 2nd line which doesn't look too good. Listing the spin-offs on the main character page is all we need.
I saw that you listed the Hyper Dimension version of MarvelousAQL as the one in Re;Birth1 and Re;Birth3. It seems that the version in RB3 is from the Ultra Dimension, however we don't know which version is in RB1. Do you have any arguments for either version being the one who appears in RB1?
Hmm, regarding RB3, Neptune doesn't seem to remember her, while MarvelousAQL does, and we know the only interaction they had in RB2 was the bath scene, but it was rather indirectly. The thing about RB1 is really complicated, since I assumed that all of the Makers who weren't Compa or IF were from the UD. However, I have the theory that the events in RB1 happened after RB3, since all of those Makers know each other and they have a very high Lily Rank with each other.
Also, Neptune and Nepgear know Tekken, Broccoli, Red, CC2, Falcom, 5pb. and Cave. I assume Neptune just forgot who Marve-chan was.
This would be odd, since Neptune remembers every other Maker except Marve-chan and MAGES.. Marve-chan does appear in RB2, so why should she be the only one who doesn't reappear in RB3? Also, which Histoire summoned her? HD or UD Histoire?
Cause arbitrary game design choice is arbitrary. In the words of Neptune "Isn't it obvious we don't have a linear canonical storyline, you guys!?". Also, I can't understand Nippon moon runes, I don't think I can find a clue in the video :P
All we know is that Neptune meets Marvy for the first time in RB3 and that makes her from the Ultra Dimension. The only thing this affects in sub-pages and where one will link her skills, weapons, in said pages. Nothing too major just like the Caelus, Uranus renaming in RB2.
Also thanks for updating the categories, its surprisingly a lot of work :)
Well, Marve-chan obviously knew who Neptune was, and she said that she was summoned by Histoire ("which one?" is my question). And even if she is from the UD, why did Neptune forget MarvelousAQL in the first place, while she clearly remembered everyone else? (Because she is Neptune?) She even remembered who Falcom was, despite meeting the UD version.
MarvelousAQL knows who Neptune is because Histoire told her about Neptune. MarvelousAQL never mentions dimension travel, which means she is from the UD, with UD Histoire contacting her. Neptune does remember MarvelousAQL, since she describes MarvelousAQL as soon as Neptune meets her.
This topic is almost one month old, but there is something off. The Ultra Dimension versions of IF, Compa and Falcom are younger than their Hyper Dimension counterparts, since the Ultra Dimension is the "retro dimension" and takes place in an alternate past. However, MarvelousAQL looks exactly the same and we know that she is human. And I doubt she wears a sailor fuku just because she likes it. She wears it because she is a high school girl like the Senran Kagura girls. This is an evidence for me that she came from HD.
Well, the Ultra Dimension isn't an alternate past. It's just a different dimension with some similarities.
On the topic of MarvelousAQL wearing her outfit, she says in Re;Birth3 that it's her school's uniform, so she has to wear it (though she doesn't mind it). I haven't unlocked her in Re;Birth2 yet, but I'm assuming it's the same case. Either way, both versions of MarvelousAQL are dressed and act exactly the same.
This is why I'm confused. there is no way to tell the two apart, so I asked you if you had some way to tell which one it was.
There is no indication that Marve-chan doesn't know Neptune. She just says "Oh, it's Neptune", not "who are you?". The other Re,Birth2 Makers are the HD ones, so it would make sense for Marve-chan to be her. RB2 is the first time where Nepgear meets her, like in the case of Tekken and CC2, and those two knew Neptune from start when they met her in RB3.
Marve-chan's age is still a big evidence for me. In Victory, she was a new Maker, so there is nothing that says she's not her being from UD. But since RB3 tries to connect the (DLC) story with RB2 by including all Makers from RB2, it's probably the UD Marve-chan. The Ultra Dimension does represent the game industry in retroperspective. This is reflected by the events of Victory7RB3, the designs of the CPUs and the young age of IF, Compa and Falcom, and even the age of the older non-CPU Neptune. Marve-chan has the same design in both RB games, so I believe she is from HD.
Basically, yes. Look at IF, Compa and Falcom. Their UD versions look younger than their HD versions because it reflects the retro setting of the UD. The Processor Units of Black Heart, White Heart and Green Heart are based on the retro consoles. Neptune looks older because she's human, and Pururut took her place as a goddess. The general relationship between Neptune and Pururut and this circumstance imply they are the same age, but Pururut can't age as a goddess. I mean, HD Neptune and Pururut are best friends, which is also the case in Blanc's game, even though they are not the same people. The UD gives us the scenario how Neptune would look like if she wasn't a CPU, and even though she never met Pururut, she was probably the same age as her when Pururut became a goddess.
Anyway, RB3 has no younger or retro design for MarvelousAQL unlike the mentioned four Makers. She appeared in RB2 like Broccoli, Tekken, Red, CyberConnect2, 5pb., who came all from the HD. It's reasonable to believe that all those characters have also younger versions of themselves in RB3's UD.
Are you saying that UD MarvelousAQL is a younger version that we haven't seen? If so, that's not the case. The MarvelousAQL that we see in Re;Birth3 is from the Ultra Dimension. I explained why in my second message.
UD Histoire contacted UD MarvelousAQL to look after Neptune. HD Histoire couldn't have told either MarvelousAQL that, since Histoire didn't know where Neptune was until 3 HD days/3 UD years after Neptune disappeared.
You don't need to add the Game Navboxes to the character pages. The Character Navboxes cover most of the links that people would need. The Game Navboxes just add more links to the same characters, as well as to pages for the game that aren't necessarily related to the character.
