The CPU Candidate of Planeptune and Purple Heart's younger sister. In stark contrast to her elder sibling, she is very diligent and organized. However, unlike her sister, there is no real difference in personality between her human and goddess form.

Appearance & Personality


Nepgear's appearance is similar to Neptune's. She has long light purple hair with a single D-pad hair clip and violet eyes and wears a white, button up sailor uniform with purple designs and a yellow ribbon being held together by the N-emblem. Nepgear wears thigh high socks with pink and white stripes and medium sized boots that match her uniform in color scheme.

Nepgear is a very genuine and kind girl, but she sometimes lacks the self-confidence she needs to do what has to be done. This trait of hers often leaves her to be pushed around or constantly having to be encouraged by her party members.

Purple Sister

Nepgear's hair becomes pink with a different hair clip that is white and blue to replace the D-pad hair clip. Her eyes become dodger blue in color and wears a white skintight bodysuit with light purple designs and light purple N's on the backhand part of her gloves along with matching thigh high boots.

Purple Sister is practically the same as Nepgear, though she becomes a bit more confident in her abilities than before. Even in this form, she's still rather easy to push around.


Main Series

Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2

Beginning of the End

CPU Candidate Nepgear accompanies Neptune and the other CPUs to the Gamindustri Graveyard to fight CFW Magic. However, Nepgear watches helplessly as each of the CPUs, including her own sister are unable to beat her. She then finds herself captured alongside them as Magic turns her sights on her.

Three years later, Nepgear is rescued by Compa and IF who are there to save her and the CPUs. CFW Judge, who has been tasked with guarding the captured goddesses, fights against them. Proving to be no match for Judge's power, Nepgear uses the small bit of sharicite brought by Compa and IF to blind him so that they can escape. She passes out shortly after.

Divine Oratorio

Nepgear awakens in the Planeptune Basilicom and is greeted by Histoire, Compa, and IF who give her the basic rundown of Gamindustri's condition. Nepgear is tasked with gaining the aid of the other CPU Candidates and the mascot characters of each nation. While Histoire searches for the Planeptune mascot, Nepgear is taken out for rehabilitation by IF and Compa. It is then that they learn Nepgear is unable to transform due to being afraid.

When Histoire locates the mascot, the girls head to the Virtua Forest Depths where they find Underling trying to destroy the Planeptune mascot. Underling proves to be too strong for Compa and IF and manages to deal with them easily. Just as she is about to go for Nepgear next, IF jumps in the way to defend her and then kisses her to shock her into HDD. Now transformed, Nepgear manages to defeat Underling. Nepgear offers Underling the chance to escape but Underling does exactly as she planned and destroys the Planeptune mascot before fleeing.

Luckily for them, the Planeptune mascot had transferred some of her powers elsewhere before being destroyed, and gives that power to Nepgear in the form of a Purple Disc. Nepgear reports back to Histoire to tell her of their success before they head off to Lastation.

The Crossroads of Defeat

During Nepgear's time in Lastaton, they make efforts to locate the Lastation mascot and to obtain Uni's help in saving the CPUs. When she first meets Uni, they hit it off very well, but upon Uni learning that Nepgear is the CPU Candidate of Planeptune, she becomes highly upset and refuses to cooperate with her. In the middle of them searching for the hematite to give to Kei, Nepgear is forced to fight Uni who will not give them what they want unless Nepgear wins.

Once they manage to finish up all their work in Lastation and obtain the help of the mascot character, Nepgear asks one last time if Uni would like to join them. Uni says she'll think about it, which makes Nepgear happy.

In Lowee Nepgear meets Rom and Ram after trying to save Rom who had been held hostage by Underling. This meeting resulted ina fight between the three CPU Candidates. They head to the Basilicom to meet the with Oracle Mina Nishizawa who refuses to give them information regarding the mascot character due to it being on a mission of national importance. Nepgear and party continue their search and eventually learn of its location by spying on Underling around Lowee.

When meeting with the mascot character, she also refuses her help due to having to keep the Killachines sealed and also due to a promise she made to Neptune. Underling destroys the mascot character which causes the seal on the Killachines to be lifted. They meet Gust who can repair broken mascot character discs and gather the necessary materials for her to fix it. After doing this they manage to seal the Killachines once again with Rom and Ram's help and even manage to gain the help of the mascot disc due to it having split into to separate discs.

Nepgear heads to Leanbox via Terraportation through Lastation after finally repairing one of the ships and learn that the Oracle Chika Hakozaki has lifted the ban on supporting Arfoire. They investigate the matter and learn that Underling has been pretending to be Chika while the real one was held hostage somewhere. They follow Underling all the way to the captured Chika who they take back to the Basilicom. Chika explains that ASIC has taken their mascot character hostage and so they all head back to where Chika was held hostage initially to reclaim it.

With 5pb.'s assistance they are able to defeat Underling and Pirachu and report back to Chika. Chika allows them to have the Mascot character as long as they save Vert. Nepgear and the other candidates help Leanbox take shares from ASIC by preforming at 5pb.'s concert. Once the concert is over, they all go their separate ways then 5pb. joins them on their journey to save the CPUs.

A Divine Hunger

Histoire informs of ASIC attacking a nearby island in Planeptune territory and requests for Nepgear and the others to lend them their aid. They meet Falcom for the second time who is defending the island from the ASIC threat and is happy to receive their help. Nepgear and her companions easily deal with Underling's scheme and tell Falcom that the island is now safe.They return to Planeptune to inform Histoire of their success of obtaining the mascot characters and IF soon becomes notified of Lowee losing 90% of it's shares.

Nepgear helps Lowee in their time of crisis, and saves the twins who get wrapped up in CFW Trick's plot. Mina expresses her gratitude and allows Rom and Ram to travel with Nepgear to save their sisters. As they make their way from Lowee, they receive word from Kei that Uni has gone missing and immediately head for Lastation next to find her.

They learn that Uni agreed to fight with a large inhumane figure at Midcompany and hadn't returned since. The party heads to the location and sees Uni unconscious on the ground. When she awakens, she explains that she had been defeated by CFW Brave who is one of ASICs leaders. They take her back to town only for her to go missing for a second time. Nepgear finds Uni the Endless Zone dungeon and ends up facing off against CFW Brave alongside her. Together, the two of them manage to fight him off. Feeling more confident in herself, Uni finally asks to join the party so she too can help save the CPUs.

Goddess Awakening

With the other CPU Candidates and the mascot characters in tow, Nepgear and her companions head to the Gamindustri Graveyard to rescue the CPUs. When they arrive, she heads to the place where they saw the CPUs last and encounter CFW Judge for a second time.

Nepgear is unsure of her abilities to defeat Judge, due to being helpless against him the the first time they fought. Thanks to the encouragement from her friends, Nepgear awakens a hidden power locked inside of her and gains the Lilac mk2 processor unit set. Together, Nepgear and her party takes down CFW Judge and manage to save the CPUs using a strengthened Sharicite. Relieved to have finally rescued her older sister, Nepgear breaks down into tears and gives her big hug.

Approaching Shadows

With the CPUs now rescued, the Oracles and CPU Candidates discuss their next course of action. A large tremor from the Gamindustri Graveyard interrupts their discussion so Nepgear and the others go to check it out. Upon arriving they are met with a giant Pirachu who has become the vessel to a fragment of Arfoire's power. When they try to take action in defeating it, they are stopped and easily defeated by CFW Magic. Just as she is about to deliver the finishing blow, Nepgear and the others are saved by the CPUs. CFW Magic spares them saying her job is not to kill the CPUs and takes her leave. After this, the party goes to deal with the giant Pirachu in Gapain Field where the make quick work of him and cause him to revert back to his normal state.

The party returns to the Planeptune Basilicom where Oracles tell them of their Sting Operation plan to embargo all of Arfoire's products. Nepgear and the others are requested to go out and fight any monsters unleashed by ASIC as well as to defeat the Four Felons to gain the support of their people. In the midst of doing this they receive word of a factory developing Arfoire products and move in to take out and ultimately stop the production cycle.

After defeating Underling and CFW Brave who were also present in the factory, Nepgear and the others are left with nothing to do until Vert receives a call from Chika telling her that Leanbox is under attack. The party makes their way to the scene with haste only to see Underling yet again as the source of the undergoing turmoil. The party easily deals with her and she flees right after.

However, Nepgear and the others are faced with another crisis when they are notified by Chika that Planeptune has fallen into ASIC's hands. She learns that ASIC wishes to tradeoff the CPU Candidates for Histoire at LAN Castle. While it is obviously a trap Nepgear, wanting to to save Histoire, willingly goes along with the other candidates.

When arriving to Lan Castle, the candidates are forced to allow Underling CFW Trick to do as they please with them otherwise Histoire will be hurt. Underling takes this as her chance to beat both Nepgear and Uni due to being unable to fight back. The situation seems hopeless until Rom and Ram strengthen their resolve and power up whilst the CPUs and Makers also arrive to help.

Normal Route/True Route

Nepgear returns to the Planeptune Basilicom and Histoire requests the aid of the other nations to reclaim Planeptune and for Nepgear and the others to deal with CFW Magic. Once they win, CFW Magic reveals that in the wake of her defeat that Arfoire will revive due to the Four Felons merely being vessels of a portion of Arfoire's power. As CFW Magic disappears, Arfoire is revived.

Conquest Route

Nepgear returns to the Planeptune Basilicom and Histoire requests the aid of the other nations to reclaim Planeptune and for Nepgear and the others to deal with CFW Magic. Once they win, CFW Magic reveals that in the wake of her defeat that Arfoire will revive due to the Four Felons merely being vessels of a portion of Arfoire's power. She then adds to this by saying that since they struggled so much against one of the Four Felons that Gamindustri is most certainly doomed. As CFW Magic disappears, Arfoire is revived.

Evil's Fading Silhouette

Nepgear and the party return to the Planeptune Basilicom to discuss their next course of action. With the Arfoire now revived, their options are limited to heading to the Gamindustri Graveyard and fighting her head on.

Normal/Branch Ending Route

Nepgear arrives in the Gamindustri Graveyard and see the incompletely revived Arfoire in her new vessel, the party readies themselves for the final showdown and proceeds in taking her on. After beating her her vessels begin to collapse but it is soon revealed that she is not truly defeated. Having no choice, Nepgear's sister and the other CPUs use their bodies to seal Arfoire away for good.

Due to not coming back immediately it is deduced that the CPUs are no longer alive which results in an inauguration ceremony for Nepgear and the other Candidates to become fully fledged CPUs. In the midst of it the Neptune and the others CPUs unexpectedly return just in time are greeted warmly by their sisters.

True Route

Nepgear arrives in the Gamindustri Graveyard and see the incompletely revived Arfoire in her new vessel, the party readies themselves for the final showdown and proceeds in taking her on. After beating her her vessels begin to collapse but it is soon revealed that she is not truly defeated. With Vert having deduced that they need to stop her core in order to stop her for good, the party is forced to flee and think of a countermeasure.

Fetal Contraction

Nepgear and her friends return to Planeptune to explain the situation to the Oracles, however during the meeting they are notified that that a member of the Four Felons has appeared in each nation demanding for everyone to worship Arfoire or they will all be killed.

Thanks to Mina's knowledge, they learn of an old Planeptune CPU named Caelus who may be able to assist them. Their search for the ancient CPU leads them to LAN Castle Secret Hall where they nosily call out to her and awaken her spirit.

Caelus provides them with insights on where she and the former CPUs went wrong in stopping Arfoire and what they should do if they wish to defeat her. Having gotten the information they required, the party heads back to the Planeptune Basilicom to report their findings. With only a day left before having to deal with the Four Felons, Nepgear and the others have a hot spring organized for them so that they can relax before the fight. The following day, the group heads out to defeat the felons.

Final: Defenders

As the party enter the Graveyard's Heart they are confronted by Underling who intends to fight them one last time to avenge CFW Magic. While the others don't want to waste time on her, Nepgear respects her wishes and accepts her challenge. Pirachu fights alongside Underling, saying that she is his partner now and forever. Naturally, Nepgear and the others defeat the two and tells them leave while they still can before making their way to Arfoire for the final battle.

When they make it to Arfoire, she is seen in her new vessel which is smaller than the last. After an exchange of words, Nepgear and the others face off against DOS Arfoire and successfully destroy her vessel. The graveyard begins to collapse and Arfoire states that she will find a new vessel. Not wanting to miss this chance, everyone pours their faith into Nepgear to combine their wills into one unified force. Nepgear takes down Arfoire with the power of of everyone's faith and the Gamindustri Graveyard begins to fully collapse. The party makes a run for it and returns back to Gamindustri. After this, Nepgear narrates what happened three months after the defeating the Deity of Sin.

Apocalypse: Savior's Sorrow

The party returns to the Planeptune Basilicom to discuss their next course of action. Having struggled so hard against CFW Magic, they begin to doubt their ability to beat Arfoire on their own power. Nepgear suddenly remembers the story she heard about the unused cursed sword that can only be used to defeat evil. Having no other possibilities for defeating Arfoire, the Oracle begin doing research on the sword while Nepgear and the others go around and ask the townspeople for information.

When Nepgear and the others find the rusted sword deep within the secret passage of LAN Castle they attempt to restore it, but to no avail. Histoire calls Nepgear and frantically requests for everyone to return to the Basilicom.

There, the Oracles explain the legend surrounding the sword. In order for the sword to be used it must receive the offering of a CPUs life. The more CPUs it's given, the stronger it grows. Everyone is surprised and naturally refuses to use such a horrible method to defeat the Deity of Sin. Nepgear proposes that other nations pour their shares into Planeptune and allow Neptune and Nepgear to fight Arfoire; that way no one will have to die. The CPUs instantly decline, not wanting to sacrifice their nations before themselves.

Nepgear still decides to follow through with her plan and goes as far as taking the other nation's shares. In Lastation they are confronted by Noire and Uni due to taking their shares. Nepear and Neptune are forced to fight against them and eventually Noire impales herself with the cursed sword to intentionally sacrifice herself. Uni follows in suit, allowing Nepgear to impale her with the sword as well.

In Lowee, they are confronted by Blanc, Rom, and Ram who also suffer the same fate after the fight for control of the sword. While Neptune kills Blanc with the sword, Nepgear sorrowfully kills both of the twins with it after.

When they arrive in Leanbox they fight Vert who refuses to go down easily and causes them to retreat. Nepgear and Neptune return to the scene after hearing her scream and see that she is on the verge of death after her run in with Underling who had attacked her after they left.

Nepgear, severely displeased, strikes down Underling and ultimately kills her. Vert, who is now her deathbed, requests for them to finish her off with the sword due to her already being in the process of dying. Neptune complies and takes the sword from Nepgear to sacrifice Vert to sword.

Having scarified all of the other CPUs, Neptune and Nepgear return to Planeptune. Nepgear is extremely depressed, and Neptune ends up taking her to the place they used to play all the time when they were younger.

Neptune suddenly asks Nepgear to kill her with the sword which Nepgear automatically refuses as she feels as though they have killed enough CPUs and additionally she doesn't want to kill her own sister. However, after hearing Neptune tell her that they can't take any chances, Nepgear eventually succumbs to Neptune's demands and impales her with the sword, breaking down into tears after.

The following day, Nepgear and the Makers head to the Gamindustri Graveyard for the final battle against Arfoire. When fighting, Arfoire allows Nepgear to strike her down with sword, saying that she is only prolonging Gamindustri's inevitable doom.

After hearing Arfoire's cryptic words of how she will only be summoned again right before she vanishes, Gamindustri is saved and Nepgear becomes the world's only CPU and dissolves all the nations into Planeptune. Constantly haunted by Arfoire's words, Nepgear swears to prevent her revival by any means necessary.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory


While Neptune and the other CPUs are playing games, Nepgear is giving them snacks and drinks before Histoire suddenly barges in and scolds them on how they all should be working. After the CPUs abandon Nepgear and Neptune, Nepgear uses the time that HIstoire is using to lecture them on being proper CPUs to do introductions to the player.

Nepgear and Neptune find themselves kicked out of the Basilicom to do work. Nepgear is happy to be spending time with her sister finally after so long and the two of them do a few quests while also visiting the other nations. In each nation Nepgear introduces all the characters to the player.

When they arrive back in Planeptune they bump into Rei Ryghts who is handing out fliers for her Anti-CPU citizens group. When Rei realizes that Neptune and Nepgear are the goddesses, she flees out of terror. Upon arriving back to the Basilicom they see Compa and IF, whom Nepgear also introduces to the player.

The next day, Nepgear forces Neptune to go out to work by herself. Despite Neptune trying to talk to her, Nepgear does her beast to talk over Neptune and ignore. Neptune is then left with no choice but to just leave on her own.

A Chance for Hegemony

In the Hyperdimension, Nepgear and Uni are out on Patrol in Planeptune due to the citizens group acting weird. The two of them notice the Rei of their own dimension walking around and go to confront her to inquire about the citizen's group. However, they are more or less ignored and treated rudely.

When Histoire gets ready to bring Neptune back from the other dimension, Nepgear ruins the entire process by accidentally getting sent there herself which leads to her being there with Neptune. With both Neptune and Nepgear in the other dimension, the Hyperdimension Planeptune is at even higher risk of losing more shares. In order to reopen the path yet again, Histoire requests for Neptune and Nepgear to gain even more shares in the Ultradimension Planeptune before disconnecting. Neptune and the others head for Leanbox to meet with the CPU and leave Nepgear to take care of the children shortly after this.

A week later, Vert storms into the Planeptune Basilicom accusing the other CPUs of spreading false negative rumors about her console. When Neptune and the others explain that they didn't do anything and that people genuinely think her console isn't all that great, Vert challenges the other CPUs to battle in the place where she found her CPU Memory. Neptune thinks this is a good opportunity to try and get any spare CPU Memories Vert may have for Nepgear and decides to go with the others.

When they arrive, Neptune and Plutia explain the situation to Vert and Nepgear manages to receive a CPU Memory so she can become a goddess again. Vert then tricks Nepgear into believing she is her sister due to them using a CPU Memory from the same core. Neptune and the others face off against both Vert and Nepgear and ultimately win. Nepgear then has to suffer being tormented by Iris Heart for turning on them.

After this, a Leanbox soldier arrives and tells Vert that Seven Sages are wreaking havoc in Leanbox. Due to Vert being injured from her fight against the other CPUs, Neptune and the others offer their help in defeating the threat. Nepgear and the others assist Vert in defeating Arfoire and Copypaste, but are unable to catch them as they flee.

In the conclusion of the chapter, it is revealed that Vert sneaks into the Planeptune Basilicom every day to see Nepgear and that the Basilicom in general has become a hangout spot for all the CPUs.

Era of Four Nations

In Planeptune's Basilicom, Noire, Blanc, and Vert receive calls about trouble brewing in each of their nations. The three of them immediately leave to deal with the trouble in their own lands. While initially Neptune wanted to let them deal with their own problems, she is convinced by Histoire, Plutia, and Nepgear to go and assist the other nations.

In Lastation, the three Planeptune goddesses make their way into Noire's Basilicom to see how she's doing. Nepgear finds a camera hidden in her room and comes to the conclusion that someone is taping her. She uses a special device to track where the data is being sent to which leads them to Anonydeath. Noire, Neptune, Nepgear, and Plutia all transform and face off against Anonydeath. Once he is defeated, he ensures his escape by tricking Noire into thinking that doing anything will trigger a program that will make all of his videos of Noire go viral only for her to find out that it was all lie in the end.

When Neptune, Nepgear, and Plutia head to Lowee they go to the Basilicom and see that things are going better than expected. Though only minimal damage was done to the Basilicom, Blanc is still angry as Copypaste despite him now working at the Lowee Mines. Nepgear and the others accompany her and needlessly take down Copypaste to satisfy Blanc's rage. However this leads to the Mine Workers being upset with Blanc because they liked Copypaste. Nepgear and the other two Planeptune goddesses leave Blanc to deal with the problem herself.

Upon arriving in Leanbox, Neptune, Nepgear, and Plutia are faced with a strange looking creature. Suddenly, Green Heart appears and asks for their help in defeating the strange monster but they fail in actually stopping it. The girls are initially hesitant to help Vert deal with monsters due to how disgusting they were but Vert manages to convince them to help by saying more might spawn in Planeptune if they don't deal with threat now. They follow the creature all the way back to Mr. Badd who is revealed to be the culprit behind the strange creatures' appearance in Leanbox. They end up fighting both Mr. Badd and his three strange creatures. When they defeat them, Mr. Badd and the creatures escape.

Neptune, Nepgear, Plutia, and the other CPUs all rendezvous back at the Planeptune Basilicom where they find Histoire stuffed in the trash and trapped between her book. When they get her our she explains that the Seven Sages have kidnapped Peashy, IF, and Compa and says that they are taking a road towards Lowee. After hearing this, Neptune and the rest of the group immediately head out to save them. When the problem is resolved and all the children are safely returned, the group assembles a sleepover in the Planeptune Basilicom.

Momentary Peace

In the Planeptune Basilicom, the goddesses are having a meeting. Nepgear explains that they had recently been contacted by the Histoire of the Hyperdimension and that the situation in their dimension was getting worse. Neptune requests the help of the other CPUs to increase their shares. While initially they are hesitant on the idea, everyone decides to pitch in and help increase Planeptune's shares so Neptune and Nepgear can return home. She later assists them in their failed attempt to rescue the kidnapped children and in the fight against the new CPU Yellow Heart.

A New Nation's Menace

Ten years have passed since the creation of Eden, and all of the nation's shares have dropped to a considerable low. Nepgear assists the party in attempting to deal with the Seven Sages. She learns with the rest of them that the CPU Yellow Heart is actually Peashy who no longer remembers them.

The Four Nations' Reprisal

Normal Route

The CPUs assemble Abnes, Copypaste, and Pirachu at the Planeptune Basilicom to learn the location of the Seven Sages' main base of operations. Vert states that the matter of restoring Peashy's memoery lies with with Neptune and Plutia. Neptune says whatever happens, happens and Nepgear concludes she has no basis whatsoever. She accompanies them to go and save Peashy at the Seven Sages' base, but as expected their plan fails. Instead of remembering them as they had hoped, she begins to cry and bawl.

Nepgear narrates about how Peashy continued to cry and throw a tantrum for hours and when she finally wore herself they took her back to Planeptune. However upon finding herself in a foreign place, she began to scream and cry all over again. It took several days for Peashy to calm down. Afterwards, things returned to normal, but Peashy still didn't remember them. Instead of returning home like they were supposed to, Neptune and Nepgear refuse to leave the Ultradimension until they are able to restore Peashy's memory.

Good/True Route

The CPUs assemble Abnes, Copypaste, and Pirachu at the Planeptune Basilicom to learn the location of the Seven Sages' main base of operations. With Neptune and Plutia supposedly having a plan to help Peashy remember them, Nepgear and the others head to the base to save Peashy. Their plan actually proves to be useful and Peashy's memory is restored and everyone welcomes her back.

The Disturbance Dies

The party returns to the Planeptune Basilicom with Peashy and Histoire welcomes her back. The group decides to take a break and relax, discussing what will happen next. With the Seven Sages gone and Eden no longer a threat due to Peashy being back with then, they no longer have anything of major importance to do. Nepgear and the others decide to head out to do some work, inviting Peashy to come with them.

Later on a Purple Heart clone arrives at the Basilicom and they are forced to fight it. After learning the source of the clones is actually Rei Ryghts, they head to her location to confront her only to be shocked about her ability to transform like them. This prompts them to take her back for interrogation.

To the Present!

After Rei tells the party about her past, Croire arrives and tells them that the other Rei is going to destroy the world before leaving after. The CPUs make haste in returning to their own nations to lead their people to safety. When they return to the Planeptune Basilicom, the Histoire in the Hyperdimension contacts them and tells Neptune and Nepgear to hurry home as the situation has gotten worse.

Good Route

When preparations are complete Histoire proceeds in opening the path, telling them to imagine releasing all the shares they have gathered so far. She is surprised to see that there are so many shares and says they will definitely succeed. When the path is opened, Neptune and Nepgear say their final farewells to the others. Just as they are about to leave, Plutia glomps Neptune which results in them both falling through the light and leaving Nepgear behind.

A few years have passed in the Ultradimension and Nepgear is still stuck even though Neptune and Plutia have already defeated Rei. She yells at Neptune and Plutia during a call between the two Histoire's trying to tell her that even though its been a few days for them in the Hyperdimension, it's been years for her. Neptune says that Nepgear's seems to really be suffering over there and asks Plutia if she wants to start working for real. Plutia answers by saying maybe after another nap, which makes Nepgear yell at them again to bring her home.

True Route

When preparations are complete Histoire proceeds in opening the path, telling them to imagine releasing all the shares they have gathered so far. She is surprised to see that there are so many shares and says they will definitely succeed. When the path is opened, everyone is shocked to see how huge it is. Hyper-Histoire concludes that with the path this size, everyone can travel to and from the dimensions as they please.

The party then heads through the path and ends up in the Hyperdimension. The party heads to the Planeptune Basilicom and are welcomed by Histoire. Just as Histoire is about to summarize the situation, the CPU Candidates arrive and are delighted to see Nepgear. Uni, Rom, and Ram are surprised to see the Noire and Blanc from the other dimension and the two parties get wrapped up in their own conversations.

When Histoire is finally able to explain the situation, Nepgear and the others head out to deal with Rei. After defeating her and managing to subdue the dark power used to fuel her, everything returns to normal.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2 SISTERS GENERATION

Nepgear's role in Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2 is largely the same as Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2. However, in the conquest route, it can branch into the holy sword route.

After the Planeptune sisters defeat the Lastation sisters, Noire attempts to sacrifice herself to the sword. Nepgear proceeds to break the sword, valuing the bonds the CPUs have with each other beyond all else. Nepgear says they will lose if they start killing each other. They were all blinded by the sword instead of working together to find a new solution. The Goddesses decide to meet up to discuss an alternate strategy. The Goddesses then rejoin the party.

Since the sword is legendary, they need it to defeat the Deity of Sin. However, instead of using the life of Goddesses to power up the sword, they decide to use Shares. All of the nations pooled together their Shares in the form of Sharcites. Nepgear gets to work remaking the sword and Uni decides to help her with the task.

The two finish their task after working non-stop for 3 days and nights. With the reforged blade, Nepgear and her friends set off to defeat the Deity of Sin.

Since they took their time to reforge the blade, the four felons were revived and promptly defeated. The fight with the Deity of Sin and ending after largely plays out like the True End.

A running gag in Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory/Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth3: V Generation is Nepgear's acquisitions of worthless affinities/abilities. By worrying about her lack of personality, Nepgear acquires a “Learning Ability”. Depending on the situation she finds herself in, she may learn various unhelpful things. That is to say, it has no affect on the gameplay in any way.
