Name's Nisa! Gamindustri's Heroine of Justice!
— Nisa

Nisa is the flat-chested heroine of justice who valiantly fights for the sake of peace in Gamindustri. She represents the company Nippon Ichi Software. Due to the Neptunia series being a game that revolves around different universes and dimensions, there are multiple Nisa's throughout the series, though they generally have the same appearance and personality traits. She is also the most flat-chested character in the series.

Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten

Nisa is a DLC character for Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten. In her demo, she introduces herself and jumps into the room, proclaiming herself as the Heroine of Justice who has come to save Vulcanus and Fuka from the demons. Both Vulcanus and Fuka are initially confused until Emizel remarks about her flat chest. This causes Desco and Fuka to also take notice of this as well. Nisa then becomes angry, and challenges the party without waiting for Valvatorez's explanation.

Trivia

  • Nisa's design resembles a prinny from the Disgaea series, which is a well known Nippon Ichi series. Although her scarf and hair seem to be based on Laharl from Disgaea, though a similar scarf appears on the Hero Prinny from the Prinny: Can I be the hero games.
  • Nisa appears as a DLC character in Disgaea 4. She also appears as DLC in Disgaea D2 and Disgaea 5 as well.
  • Strangely enough, Nisa's flat chest may in fact be a reference. Being the personification of Nippon Ichi, it is very possible her flatness is a reference to Etna and Flonne, two well-known protagonists of the Disgaea franchise, both of which are as flat as Nisa and hate when it is brought up as well.
