You have a point, but only a few events appear in order. Most of them are randomized, so the only order beyond event type that I can think of is having no order. For example:
Relax Events
- Refresh Events
- Meet Candidates (Set to first Refresh event, guarenteed)
- Random event
- Random event
That's all I can think of. Keep in mind that none of the events have names
