Up to 5 can be equipped to a weapon at any one time. Most basic Programs can be found dropped by enemies, but stronger Programs have to be crafted at the shop.

Weaker weapons tend to have a larger amount of MB, potentially making them more powerful than stronger weapons if programs are used. A charge of each program on a weapon is consumed when the weapon is brought in battle, unless one of the programs is a Keep Patch, in which case only a charge of the Keep Patch is used. Programs in MegaTagmension Blanc + Neptune VS Zombies can be equipped to weapon to add various effects. Each weapon has a limited amount of MB that determines how many programs can be added to it at a time. Weaker weapons tend to have a larger amount of MB, potentially making them more powerful than stronger weapons if programs are used. A charge of each program on a weapon is consumed when the weapon is brought in battle, unless one of the programs is a Keep Patch, in which case only a charge of the Keep Patch is used. Most basic Programs can be found dropped by enemies, but stronger Programs have to be crafted at the shop.
