She m-m-must be an angel, chump! Oh Compa, you must be my guardian angel!

— Warechu
Warechu, previously known as Pirachu, is a recurring antagonist in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. Due to the Neptunia series being a game that revolves around different universes and dimensions, there are multiple Warechu's throughout the series, though they more or less have the same personalities.
Warechu's NIS America-translated name "Pirachu" is a reference to Pikachu. But the "Pira" may come from "Pirate", which is the act of illegally copying a game, movie, or any sort of licensed media.
Warechu's Idea Factory International-translated name "Warechu" is a reference to 割れ厨 (same pronounciation) which literally means a (software) pirate. Chu (チュー) is also a sound of a mouse/rat in Japanese. In English, his name can also be seen as a reference to the term "warez".
Warechu is one of the few characters lacking a physical change between games.
Though he does not appear as a character, several variations of "Pirachu" can be found as dangerous foes in Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 dungeons.
